By accessing or using corpX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use corpX. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. corpX is intended for verified corporate professionals only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain your password security
• Promptly notify us of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use corpX to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Share spam, malware, or illegal content
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform mechanics
• Conduct illegal activities or encourage others to do so

5. Marketplace Transactions

Users may buy and sell products and services on corpX. We facilitate these transactions but are not a party to them. You agree to:

• Conduct transactions honestly and transparently
• Deliver items/services as agreed upon
• Resolve disputes fairly
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Accept payment processing terms and fees

6. Job Postings and Opportunities

Users may post job listings and opportunities. corpX does not verify the legitimacy of these postings. We are not responsible for disputes between employers and candidates. All interactions are at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on corpX, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by corpX or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without permission. Your profile content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.

8. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you post. By posting, you grant corpX the right to use, modify, and display your content. You represent that you own or have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or harm others. Termination is effective immediately. You remain liable for your obligations even after termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORPX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify corpX from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
